2.3. Information we do NOT collect:

  • We do not collect information about individuals who view your signage;

  • The Equipment does not include cameras, microphones, facial recognition, or audience measurement technology;

  • We do not access, store, or have visibility into the content you display on the Equipment — content is managed locally on your device through a third-party app;

  • We do not collect data through the Content Management App, which is a third-party product with its own privacy policy.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use your personal information to:

  • Process orders, arrange delivery, and manage your account;

  • Bill you and process payments;

  • Send transactional communications (order confirmations, invoices, service notices);

  • Provide hardware support;

  • Improve our products and services;

8.2. Our website and services may link to third-party websites or services. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of third parties.

9. Your Rights

Under the APPs, you have the right to:

  • Access the personal information we hold about you;

  • Correct inaccurate or out-of-date information;

  • Request deletion of your personal information (subject to legal retention requirements);

  • Withdraw consent for marketing communications at any time;

  • Complain if you believe we have breached the APPs.
